Ticket to Work Employment Network (EN)

Are you an SSI or SSDI beneficiary dreaming about getting a new job or starting a career? Are you ready to make this life-changing decision of working on achieving self-sufficiency?

Ticket to Work is a voluntary, self-sufficiency program offered through SSA with services provided by Employment Networks (ENs) like WLS-ADEN.

To participate, you must commit to self-sufficiency as a goal, and you must make a steady effort toward achieving your goal. By participating in Ticket to Work you understand that you will eventually earn enough income to no longer be eligible for benefits under SSI or SSDI.

Employment Support for Special Needs Individuals

Workplace Readiness

Workplace Readiness skills are a set of skills and behaviors that are necessary for any job.
In addition to developing social and independent living skills, workplace readiness training also includes financial literacy, job-seeking skills, and understanding employer expectations.

Job Placement Services

Through our Individual Job Placement Services we help job seekers find employment opportunities that are consistent with their Individualized Plan for Employment and informed choice.

For those special needs individuals that require extra assistance we offer Traditional Supported Employment Services for those individuals who due to the severity of their needs are unable to achieve sustainable employment without the interventions we provide.
